For Among Bugs by Zhu Yingchun (ins@zhuyingchun_books), I created four interior illustrations inspired by the changing seasons. Designed as interactive coloring pages, the illustrations invite children to observe nature closely and create their own “nature journals.”

As part of the project, I also built a three-dimensional SketchUp model of the artist’s studio, which became the basis for an architectural illustration. The final image functions as both a visual guide and a treasure map, encouraging readers to explore the space through reading. The book received The Fifth Dapeng Natural Children’s Book Award (2022).
